The Force Behind The Lift - Meet Trinady Abbott

A look at the people that make Rotary Lift

We sat down with Trinady Abbott, ServAll customer service supervisor with Rotary Lift.

Trinady has been with Rotary Lift for 7 1/2 years, and always as a member of customer service within the ServAll group. She has moved her way up through that group and last year became supervisor. Trinady's hard work and dedication, to her job, make us proud to call her one of our own.

So, let's get to know Trinady a little better! Let's see what she had to say!

Q:  What do you enjoy about your job?

Trinady:  The variety; my job consists of multiple functions and though I repeat those processes throughout the week or months over and over again, I do them in different order and new things are always popping up so I do not have too many dull moments.

Q:  What’s your favorite part of RAI Training class?

Trinady:  Of course, like everyone else, I love putting a face to a name. Secondly, I just enjoy talking about Rotary Lift to our RAI’s. No matter the class subject I am teaching, to me it’s just talking about something we have in common.

Q:  How many calls do you handle in a day and what do those calls consist of?

Trinady:  Anywhere between 35-65 calls that range from a national account asking for service, to an RAI needing direction on a ServAll job, to assisting a potential new owner with determining what lift best meets their needs. Plus my main source of communication with many ServAll topics takes place via emails, following up on open jobs and looking for paperwork.

Q:  What is one fun fact about you that people may not know?

Trinady:  Not sure it’s “fun”, but fact is I grew up in a car loving family, so I knew what a lift was and how to raise an old inground long before I ever worked at Rotary.

Q:  What do you enjoy doing in your time away from work?

Trinady:  Spending time with my family, especially my daughter, is pretty much all I do outside of work. I love watching the kiddos play sports, taking family vacations to the beach and weekend trips to go boating, we’re always up for a Reds, Yankees or college basketball game, or just hanging out spending time together whatever it may be; I just want to be spending time with those I love (cliché I know, but it is true).

Q:  If you purchased one Rotary Lift product what would it be? Why?

Trinady:  SL210-TA with additional round adapters, it’s versatile and when lowered it leaves your garage with a nice clean look.
