You've heard the phrase "cross your t's and dot your i's" -- well, this is the person at Rotary Lift who makes sure you've done that. Sharon reviews all inspection forms for our managed service inspections to make sure they are complete.

Q:  How long have you been with Rotary Lift?

Sharon:  Started as a temp employee on 8 week assignment in March 2011, and was hired full time Oct. 2012. (I guess I’m pretty slow taking 1 ½ yrs. for an 8 week assignment! Hey, I may not even be done yet at 3 ½ years.)

Q:  What do you enjoy about your job?

Sharon:  I like routine and paper-pushing, which is my job of auditing Firestone inspections. Most of all I have enjoyed working with all the Rotary Authorized Installers -- trying to understand and implement the new ALI (Automotive Lift Institute) inspection program. I like when I can make the process easier for them and help them understand it.

Q:  What’s your favorite part of RAI Training class?

Sharon:  I like getting to know the RAI's. Most of the contact I have is getting them to correct their paperwork. I like when they learn I really am a very nice person; and I want them to get it right, look good and get paid!

Q:  What is one fun fact about you that people may not know?

Sharon:  I am about an inch from being a good singer but that does not keep me from singing. I sing in the car, church choir, lead church worship services (when they have no one else), shower, or anytime I’m alone. I have to be very careful not to be humming or singing in public or at work. If you secretly videoed me in my home, you would find me dancing and singing A LOT. Oh, I can’t dance worth a hoot either, but who cares!!!

Q:  What's your favorite song or band?

Sharon:  I am a die-hard Barry Manilow fan! I could become physically abusive in defending my love for Barry!!! I do love all types of music and am an old rock & roller.

Q:  What’s your favorite vacation spot?

Sharon:  Ft Myers Beach, FL (Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge TN a close 2nd)

Q:  If you purchased one Rotary Lift product what would it be? Why?

Sharon:  If you could alter one of the lifts so I could raise and clean under my lawn mower, I would be 1st in line to purchase.
