The Force Behind the Lift - Meet Rebecca Sievers

A look at the people that make Rotary Lift

Today we're speaking with Rebecca Sievers, ServAll product consultant with Rotary Lift.

 

Rebecca handles the Goodyear and Enterprise accounts for ServAll.  She is also involved in our RAI Training classes - where she teaches the 4-post lift class. Rebecca has been a great new addition to our team, and her commitment to handling customers needs shows everyday. Let's get to know Rebecca a little better. Here we go!

Q:  How long have you been with Rotary Lift? 

Rebecca: Coming up on 1 year in September!Rebecca

Q:  What do you enjoy about your job?

Rebecca: My day is never the same as the day before. Each service call is unique and must be addressed accordingly. So it keeps me on my toes.

Q:  What’s your favorite part of RAI Training class?

Rebecca:  Being hands on and interacting with the RAIs. It’s a great way to learn from their perspective, so when I’m on the phone addressing an issue with a lift I can understand where they’re coming from. Since we talk quite a bit on the phone it’s also really great to put a name with a face.

Q:  How many calls do you handle in a day and what do those calls consist of?

Rebecca: Along with numerous emails, intake on calls average 25-40 on any given day. The calls I take include RAIs reporting jobs complete, evaluating an issue with a lift, and discussing repair/replacement options that are best suited for our national accounts. Calls also include conversations with my national accounts and their stores.

Q:  What is one fun fact about you that people may not know?

Rebecca: I love to be outside every moment I can get….hiking, golfing, playing washers and walking my dog, Kydo.

Q:  What's your favorite song or band?

Rebecca:  Can’t say I have a favorite song or band. I love all kinds of music. My presets in my truck include country, rock, pop and everything in between.   

Q:  Who’s your favorite sports team?    

Rebecca:  St. Louis Cardinals always and forever, I was born and raised in St. Louis.

Q:  If you purchased one Rotary Lift product what would it be, and why?

Rebecca:  Smartlift (SL210). It’s sleek, clean looking and doesn’t take up space - allowing you the ability to move around the vehicle easily. And it’s also environmentally friendly.
