John has been with Rotary Lift for 3 years. He has played a major role in the ALI Inspectors program; and we haven't confirmed it yet, but are pretty sure he was an inspiration for the Dos Equis "The Most Interesting Man In The World". In all seriousness, if you've talked to John over the phone or met him in person you know he is always willing to help and take care of our customers. So, let's take a few minutes to get to know John a little better.

Q:  What’s your favorite thing about your job?

John:  Learning new things every day and getting to work with a great group of people.

Q:  What about your role is different than someone else in your position?

John:  I am a Factory Designated Trainer in the ALI Certified Lift Inspector program, so I field a lot of calls on inspection and testing questions.

Q:  What do you enjoy about teaching RAI class?

John:  I like being able to put faces to the voices of people that I talk to everyday. There are a lot of good people that I have enjoyed meeting face to face and look forward to that every class.

Q:  What is one fun fact about you that people may not know?

John:  I am a trivia nut. I’m full of ‘little known facts’ from years of reading everything I can get my hands on. The majority of this information is absolutely useless in everyday life. I can only hope for a trivial pursuit tournament one day.

Q:  What do you enjoy doing in your time away from work?

John:  I enjoy working on my house, and yard, traveling, and mainly spending time with my awesome girlfriend - and much better half - Kelley.

Q:  What are your passions?

John:  Anything historical; the past is full of great knowledge and mystery.

Q:  If you could leave tomorrow and go anywhere you wanted where would it be? Why?

John:  I would love to be able to travel all over the world and see firsthand the history that I have only been able to read about -- the ancient sites like Stonehenge, the Great Pyramids of Egypt, the Roman temples, the terracotta warriors in China. The history and mystery of these great places fascinate me.

Q:  If you purchased one Rotary Lift product what would it be? Why?

John:  I would purchase an VLXS10 or RMR6. Great lift for smaller jobs like brakes, rotating tires, and doing bodywork - and would fit nicely in my garage.
